Stage Three Construction Progress in May
Construction works within Stage Three of the Novyi Fort Residential Complex focused on the final stages of delivery throughout May.
In Section B4, finishing works in the common areas have been completed. Landscaping works at the entrances to Buildings B1, B2, B3, and B4 have also been completed.
Construction of the podium car park between Sections B3 and A1 continued during the month. The reinforced concrete structural works have now been completed, and the project team has subsequently moved on to waterproofing works.
At the same time, installation of individual apartment boilers and gas meters continued, while lift installation works across all sections of Stage Three approached completion.
Final administrative and compliance procedures required for the commissioning of Phase Three are currently underway.
